PWC Catastrophe

Hi omega,

this is bad news.
after the PWC 3 results are added in, we are officially lagging behind epsilon by 17 pts.
we hav to catch up in the subsequent events, esp. IPC
Still, although IPC has a big weightage, we should still take normal trainings seriously.
Savage every single point available.

Note that Sec 1s who haven't sent in the photo for PWC 3,
please start sending it in.
though no points added, but those who don't, will hav pts deducted.
