Arggh forgot to post this early.... Anyway best of luck to Omega for Himara--I know you guys will be facing severe manpower issues, what with the majority of Sec 2s not available for the camp, but steel yourselves for it. Himara will not be easy--you'll be tested mentally, physically and emotionally, to a greater degree even than the other platoons due to your situation. But face it bravely, and endure the experience--you'll emerge from it stronger and surer, more confident and bonded by your journey. I faced a similar situation last year during VON camp, when I had to lead the entire platoon by myself...I was afraid, undoubtedly, and I was tested to my limits. But those limits, were surprisingly far less solid or unmanageable than I had envisioned them to be. This will probably be my last post as an official Omega member before the Year 3s take over. So I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all my Omegan seniors who guided me through these defining 2.5 years, and thanks to all my nice juniors who forged onwards with upholding Omega's legacy in spite of the difficulties or challenges they faced.
